TPN, Inc. has created an ID card for survivors of TBI with simple language descriptions of symptoms/deficits to help others understand their situation in emergency situations or during a period of interrupted communication due to stress, aphasia, etc. TPN invites you to request an ID card by mailing a legal-sized stamped and self-addressed envelope to TPN, Inc.
